Analytics

Moorepayhr Analytics is an additional optional module that offers three main functionality:

  1. Analysis of Payroll and HR data
  2. Interprets and displays trends in the employee data
  3. Provides insight to all Payroll and HR modules in Moorepayhr

 

Vendor type users (Ops, Support, and Partner) can access the Analytics Login page by selecting the ‘Analytics’ option in the Tools menu.

Admin type users can also access this module (via Company Dashboard) provided that the 'Use Access' option on the Preceda Access screen is ticked.

Once logged in, standard snapshots on different Payroll and HR reports are displayed . :

Click on each report to view more information.

 

Navigation

Select each navigation item to display more information.

Closed1. Close Analytics

Select this button to close the Analytics page. Once clicked, the user will be redirected to the main Moorepayhr page.

Closed2. Export PNG

This option is available on selected reports only. A PNG file of the standard snapshot will be saved when this option is clicked.

Closed3. Filters

This button allows the user to apply, save, and clear filter options on the Analytics page.

 

Closed4. Export Dashboard

This button enables the export of all reports. Once clicked, a browselist will allow the user to select the format (i.e. Excel), paper size (e.g. letter or A4), orientation (e.g. portrait or landscape), and layout (1 Tile per page or 2 Tiles per page) of the saved reports.
