This Window is used to maintain details of the costing of an employee's pay.

Field Information
The Position ID of an employee is how the employee sits with in the hierarchical Structure of the organisation. The hierarchical structure can be changed by your system Administrator. Use the drop down list to choose a position.
Select the department to which the employee is assigned from the dropdown list. New departments can be added or changed via the table "Department Codes."
Select the occupation code for the employee from the dropdown list. New occupation codes can be added via the table 'Occupation Codes.'
Select the Cost Centre for the employee from the dropdown list. New Cost Centre codes can be added via the table 'Cost Centre Codes.'
This is the Pay Point (sub department) to which the employee is attached. Use the dropdown list.
This is used to define additional costing details. This field is a free format 24-character field.

This allows the user to select various employment 'types' based on their individual terms and conditions. Such as 'C' for Casual, 'F' for Full-time salaried, etc. Use the dropdown to select from the list provided, if one is not provided the field is free format.
