Relationship Status

This window allows for various relationship statuses to be used with the External Personnel module to be setup.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

• An example of the relationship status could be husband, wife, grandfather, etc.
• Example of relationship status usage - If a volunteer who is related to an employee works in the canteen, he/she is recorded as an External Person. In the Emergency & Other Contacts window, the My Details section is used to record the relationship of the external person to the employee into the "Who is" field.
