Notes
Notes can be used to store information for an employee, especially information that requires additional information such as an expiry date, or an event date. Information such as Reference Check Performed, Awards given, Credit Card number and expiry date, Petrol Card, Car Registration, Overseas Salary, Date and result of Aptitude Test and so on.

Rules and Guidelines
- When an employee is selected, any existing notes are displayed.
- Details of any notes can be recorded directly in the table or drilled down on the record.
- Only one note per note type can be used.
- Types can be allocated to an employee and can be reported on via Extractor.
- Once an entry has been created and saved on the Leave by Proxy screen, this will automatically be saved on this window so that the Comments stated on the Leave by Proxy screen will also populate the "Comment" field of this screen.
ESS Access
- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
A pre-defined notes type is allocated to an employee in this field.
This field displays additional information about the note type, e.g. the type of award received or Credit Card number etc.
This field displays the date the note was added or maintained.
- It could also be a review date, the effective date of the note, such as Award Granted date or the date used to trigger an action for the note, such as Credit Card Expiry date.
Any additional comments regarding a Note can be entered. e.g. The reason for the award, referee comments related to reference check etc.
