Classifications

This screen is used for reporting purposes. This also allows similar positions throughout the organisation to be grouped together (e.g., a Classification of Sales could represent Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, etc.).

The classification is used in the following standard reports within the system:

  • Excess Occupants
  • Movement Analysis

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • A Classification of '9999' exists by default and must not be deleted or modified.
  • Fields with an asterisk are mandatory fields.

This is a four-character Classification Code.

This is the description of the Classification code.
