Talent

Employee Performance Reviews, Formal Education and various employment competency options are recorded in the Talent module.

A number of processes are designed to assist with documenting an employee's goals and tracking the development of an employee's skills as they progress through training courses and gain experience.

Competencies may be maintained at up to four levels. These levels are independent of one another, but may be linked to automatically roll up to accumulate at a higher level.

Each level of competency may be allocated a number of points; these points will also roll up to the highest level if required. Competency codes, levels and links between levels may be linked to a position.

An employee's profile can be updated with competencies attained during courses.

Required competencies can be matched to an applicant for a position.

A process may be run to search for the required competencies for a position and match them to suitable applicants.
