This window is used to setup events or reasons for compliance such as Police Checks, Trade Licences, Union Members' OHSC certificate requirements, etc.

ClosedCode*

This field displays a 4-character code that represents the event.

ClosedDescription*

This field displays a description of the event code.

ClosedCompulsory Event

Is this a Compulsory Event?

  • Check the box if this event is compulsory.

 

ClosedClassification

This field displays the event classification.

ClosedAvailable To*

Who is this event made available to?

Option
All Personnel
Employee Only
External Personnel Only

 

ClosedStatus Description

This field displays the various stages of status that this event is likely to have.

Example

An event could cycle through various stages, for example if setting up an event for Police Checks the first status could be In progress, followed by Waiting on Response and finally Completed.

Is there a need for a date to be recorded when using this event?

ClosedExpiry Date Required

Is there a need for an expiry date to be recorded for this event?
