Applicant Notes
This window is used to maintain notes that may be relevant to the applicant.
Prerequisites
Rules and Guidelines
- Any notes added here can be passed to the employee's record when the applicant is hired through the Hire Process.
- Details are entered once an applicant is selected.
- Details can be entered and viewed from the drill-down window.
Field Information
Note Type*
Enter the Note Type that corresponds to the information recorded.
Information
Enter the details recorded in accordance to the Note Type.
Date
Enter the date relevant to the information.
Auto Update Personnel
Is this information to be transferred automatically to the Personnel records?
- This information is attached to the employee if the applicant is hired through the Hire Process:
- Y - Update Personnel records
- N - Do not update Personnel records

Enter additional details on this note for this particular applicant.
