Minimum Configuration Options for Moorepayhr
Moorepayhr is cross browser compliant, which means that it can run on a variety of browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. This provides clients additional flexibility and opens up possibilities like allowing employees the ability to use iPads for Employee Self Service (ESS), among others.
Moorepayhr is available on the iPad as a cross browser application. Downloading an app is not necessary and Moorepay will open when the link for it is entered on Safari on the iPad.
Browser Considerations
The prerequisites for browsers are as follows. Older versions would not be supported:

Some functionality will only be available when using the Internet Explorer browser. These include:
- Extractor
- Edit Navigator
- Exporting a Theme
These features are only available in Internet Explorer as they still require the use of IE's Active X controls. Research is currently underway to look at redesigning these features to no longer require use of Active X. Future releases will progressively introduce some of these features to all browsers.
Others:
- Text size must be set to medium.
- It is recommended that the website be added as a trusted site.
For Reports
User must have Adobe Reader V10 or above to view reports run in the Payroll.

Screen size
Minimum Screen resolution required is 800 x 600. For optimal viewing, a 1024 x 768 screen resolution is recommended.
