This option is used to record details of possible future roles for an employee within the Company.

- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
Date Logged
Enter the date that this entry was made.
Organisation Unit*
Select the Organisation Unit in which the possible future role for the employee is located.
Position
Select the Position to which the employee aspires.
- Only those Positions which belong in the Organisation Unit selected, or to an Organisation Unit which belongs to this Unit, are valid.
- A message is displayed when the Position ID selected is not valid for the Organisation Unit.
Position Title
Select the Position that the selection employee has been recommended for.
Area of Interest
Enter a description of the area of interest for the employee.
Location Code
Select a Location Code linked to the Position/Organisation Unit.
Preferred Time Frame
Select the time frame for this possible change.
