Moorepay Logs
This screen allows the user to view and download the details of an error log file in the system.

Prerequisites
- No prerequisites.
Rules and Guidelines
- Each log file has its own unique reference ID. Input the Log Reference ID or the Moorepay File Library in the Search bar to display the details of a log file.
- Note that this screen is only available to Vendor Ops and Vendor Support type users.
- With the exception of the "Status" field, all fields on the screen are Read-only.
Field Information
Log Reference ID
This field displays the unique reference ID of the error log file.
Moorepay Library
This field displays the system library where the error log was found / had occurred.
Moorepay Session ID
This field displays the user's session ID.
Status
This field displays the status of the error log.
- A dropdown menu in the field allows the user to select from the following options: 'N' (New) or 'R' (Resolved).
Log Date
This field displays the date when the log was created.
Log Time
This field displays the time when the log was created.
