Leave Entitlements

This screen enables the user to configure the accrual method/holiday plan and allows for the viewing of leave entitlement details for a selected employee.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Leave entitlements from the current year and inactive records from previous years are displayed on this screen. All entitlements that are part of the current Leave Year show an entitlement date and are displayed as the top records while inactive records are added as part of the Year End reset and are set to read-only.
  • An employee's leave entitlement/s will be updated automatically for a New Starter if the Starter Pro-ration Rule is configured for the selected Accrual Plan.
  • When first establishing employee data or in the case of a system error, this window is accessed to correct or setup leave entitlements information.
  • When an employee is selected, any existing leave entitlements are displayed.
  • Details of leave entitlements can be recorded/viewed directly onto the table, or drilled down on the record.

  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
