Preview Reports

This window loads a preview to allow users to view the reports generated as part of the preview run.

This contains the same list of reports available in Console but as a distinct list and is cleared each run.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Preview Reports is consist of the following reports when the Preview stage of processing is run:

    • Consolidated Audit Report
    • Payslip Analysis Report
    • Net Pay Exception Report
    • Diagnostic Error Report
    • Diagnostic Warnings Report
    • Payslip Exceptions Reports

  • If an Auto Enrolment (AE) Pension is present, then all AE Reports should also be displayed in the preview list.

  • Users may open the report in pdf or save it as they can in console. CSV will open as text files.

  • When Cleardown is run, this list should be cleared, and a copy of the final reports are created and sent to MyReports.

  • If an application restore is run, then the list will be cleared until the next preview is started.

Field Information

ClosedReport Name

This refers to the description of the report.

ClosedNo. of Pages

This refers to the number of pages in the report.

ClosedJob User

This refers to the username.

ClosedDate

This refers to the date when the report is created.

ClosedTime

This refers to the time when the report is created.
