This window allows users to run both Absence and Timesheet Merge to obtain a more accurate payroll calculation.

Rules and Guidelines
- Fields that are marked with red asterisks (*) are mandatory.
Field Information
Indicate whether data will be merged or not. This defaults to data being merged.
Indicate whether absence data will be merged or not. This defaults to data being merged.
Indicate whether data will be appended 'A' or replaced 'R'. This defaults to 'A'.
Indicate whether codes not attached are to be created or not. This defaults to not creating codes.
Indicate whether data will be merged or not for prior period leavers. This defaults to data not being merged.
Indicate whether data will be merged or not for current period leavers. This defaults to data not being merged.
Indicate whether data will be held back for employees on holiday or not. This defaults to data not being held back.
Identify the sequence of the merge.
Indicate the number of periods of data to be retained.
Indicate the path in IFS for the merge.
