Training Qualifications

This option is used to add codes and descriptions detailing the different modules required for a qualification/training course.

Prerequisites

  • Institution Codes and Training Module Codes need to be added before adding Training Qualification Codes

Rules and Guidelines

  • The qualification is attained when all the core modules and the required number of elective modules have been completed
  • Training Qualification Code requires 6 characters or less.

Field Information

ClosedCode*

This field displays a 6-character code that represents the qualification code.

ClosedDescription*

This field displays a description of the training qualification.

ClosedInstitution Code*

The Institute Code is where the training will take place.

ClosedNumber of Elective Modules required to complete Qualification

This field displays the number of elective modules that the employee must complete to attain the qualification. This field can be left blank if elective modules are not required for this qualification.

The Module Codes are the modules which an employee must complete before obtaining the qualification.
