This report displays the organisation structure of the company.

Field Information

ClosedOrganisation Unit*

This displays the organisation unit to be reported on.

ClosedLevels

This displays the number of level of reporting to be displayed, the maximum is 9 levels or enter 0 (zero) to report on all levels.

ClosedInclude Positions

Do you want to include the names of the employees in these positions?

Option Description
Y Select this option to produce an organisation report showing employee for the subordinate levels specified
N Select this option to produce an organisation report showing positions only for the number of levels specified

 

Select Run Process to create the Organisation Structure Report.
