Position Structure Report
This report displays the reporting structure within the position hierarchy.

Rules and Guidelines
- It can be run with a number of options and will cater for up to 20,000 position numbers within the organisation.
Report Parameters
Position*
Select the Position ID to be reported on.
Levels
Specify the number of level of reporting to be displayed; the maximum is 9 levels. Enter 0 (zero) to report on all levels.
Include People
Specify if the names of the employees in these positions will be included or not.
Option | Description |

Y | Select this option to produce an organisation report showing employee for the subordinate levels specified |
N | Select this option to produce an organisation report showing positions only for the number of levels specified |
Number of Names to Display for Position
Specify the number of employees to display in each position.
- This field is only active if the "Include People" field is set to Y.
- If left blank the system will default to display 10 names.
- Names are selected alphabetically
- The maximum number of names that can be selected is 27. This is the OrgPlus restriction.
Display
Specify the type of employees that are to appear on the report.
Option | Description |

B | Both Primary and Secondary positions |
P | Primary position only |
- This field is only available if the Include People is set to Y.
Select Run Process to create the Position Structure Report.
