Field Information
This field displays the competency code to be assigned to this level.
This field displays the competency type.
This field displays the competency band.
This is the number of points to be gained by an employee upon attainment of this competency.
This is used in the Recruitment and Learning modules to identify employees and applicants who are eligible to fill positions.
If a competency is tagged as 'Essential', the relevant competency must be present in the applicant's profile before they may be considered for a position.
This tag can be overridden during the Competency Matching process.
Is this competency to be rolled up and included in one or more higher levels?
If not using Level Linking, leave this field blank.
When the achieved proficiency value is greater than or equal to the one entered, the level may be rolled up.
If not using Level Linking, leave this field blank.
This field displays comments about the competency.
Proficiency Levels
This field displays the level of attainment that may be achieved for this competency. If not using Level Linking, leave this field blank.
This field displays the level grades of attainment for each proficiency level selected. This is used by the system to establish when the level has been reached by the employee. When the Roll Up Proficiency level has been achieved or bettered, this level is regarded as 'Completed' and rolled up into the next level.
Changes are applied to this level of the competency code only. Any default values set up in the Proficiency Codes are not affected.
