Payslip Run Options

This window enables the users to hide the payrun in the event that a run is incorrect.

Field Information

ClosedFor Period Ending

This field is read-only.

ClosedPayment Date

This field is read-only.

ClosedCompany

This refers to the company information in which the run is made. This field is read-only.

ClosedActive

This refers to the visibility of the payslips. A value of 'Y' means that the payslips are viewable to the employees while an 'N' means that the payslips are removed from the employee's list of payslips. This field is read-only.

Buttons

ClosedClick to Show/Hide Selected Payslip from Employees

Clicking this button displays a confirmation window to ask the user whether or not to change the visibility of the selected record.

Clicking OK changes the status in the "Active" field (i.e. If the current status of the "Active" field is 'Y', then clicking OK changes the status to 'N', and the payslips are removed from the employee's list of payslips.). Clicking Cancel closes the pop-up window with no changes made.

ClosedView Payslips

Clicking this button allows the users to view all the payslips.
