Security Profile Access

This report lists all employee in the database, the Security Group that they belong to and the organisation Structure they are linked to via their position.

Prerequisites

  • This report is currently under review
  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • This option checks that employees are linked to the correct Security Profile.
  • The system will only select Security Profiles that have no Action.

File Information

ClosedSecurity Profile

A Security Profile will only appear if the Action field in the View/Change Partitions window is blank.

Select report sequence for each report. Leave blank to not create report.

ClosedReport Employees

Select the sort option when reporting on employee's attached to the selected security profile.

Sequence by Name/Title
Sequence by Organisation Unit

 

ClosedReport Positions

Select the sort option when reporting on positions attached to the selected security profile.

ClosedReport External Personnel

Select the sort option when reporting on external personnel attached to the selected security profile.
