Projects

This option allows the creation of current and future projects. To assist with the managing of resources, employees can be allocated to a project.

  • Projects are used within the Duties window

Field Information

ClosedProject ID*

This field displays a 15-character ID code that represents the project

ClosedCommencement

This field displays the date the project is scheduled to commence.

ClosedCompletion

The field displays the date the project is scheduled to be completed.

ClosedPurpose*

This field holds the record of the project's purpose and or expected outcomes. Note that this is a mandatory field

ClosedComment

This field displays any comments about the project.
