Interview Details

This window is used to record information after the applicant has been interviewed for the position that they applied for.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Information can be entered on this window or by drilling down on a line.
  • Once a Requisition Number is selected, information can be recorded.

Field Information

ClosedApplicant ID*

This refers to the Applicant's ID number.

ClosedInterview Date*

This is the date the interview was conducted.

ClosedInterviewed By

This option is only available from the drill-down window.

  • Details of the person/s conducting the interview can be recorded.
  • Two fields are available. The first field permits 15 characters and the second one allows for 25 characters.

 

ClosedRecommendation

This refers to the recommendation that follows this interview.

  • Short List
  • Offer
  • Reject

Additional Recommendations can be entered for this option

This holds comment/s about the interview.
