This window allows the details of an employee's disability to be recorded.
Prerequisites
- No prerequisites.
Rules and Guidelines
- As many records as are appropriate for an employee may be entered on this window.
- When an employee ID number is selected, any disability history for the employee is displayed.
- Entries can be recorded directly onto the window or from the drill down option.
Field Information
Disability*
Enter a description of the disability. This field holds up to 40 characters.
Extent of Disability
Enter the extent of the disability, usually as a percentage.
Date Inflicted
Enter the date the disability was inflicted.
Comment
Enter comments about the disability in this field.
