Alternative Positions

This window allows for the viewing and maintaining of various positions that an applicant may be suitable for even if they have not applied for the positions.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • This window covers existing positions only, not requisitions for new positions.
  • Once an applicant is selected, a list of positions already linked to this applicant are displayed.
  • Comments on existing records can be maintained or new comments may be entered.

This field displays the suggested position for the selected employee.

Enter comment/s on the suitability of this applicant for the selected position.
