Training History
This window displays all training histories for training courses created.
Field Information

This displays the Course that the selected employee was enrolled on.

This refers to the date the Training was started.

This refers to the date the Training was completed.

This refers to the grade awarded to the employee at the time the session was completed. This can be changed.

This displays the calculated value of the hours spent, if the Training Hours for the employee were entered into the Time Entry window.

This defaults from the information entered into the Eligible Hours field on the Training Courses window.

This displays the rate code that was selected when the Training Course was created.

This displays the value attached to the rate code.
This value is assumed to apply to the training course as a whole value for the entire course, regardless of duration and the number of attendees. The value should be maintained to reflect true costs.
- E.g. If an Hourly Rate was selected, this field would be overridden to reflect the actual cost for the employee over the duration of the course.

This defaults to the Org Unit setup against the employee's record.
- This can be changed to reflect the cost centre that should be used for the course that this employee has attended.

This defaults to the Department code setup against the employee's record.
- This can be changed to reflect the area to which the cost of the course for this employee should be charged.
Drill Down options

This code is entered when the course is completed to indicate the employee's level of satisfaction with the course attended.

This defaults to the Account code setup against the employee's record.
- This can be changed to reflect the cost centre that should be used for the course that this employee has attended.

This displays comments about the training.

If any of the fields within this window are changed, the date and time of the maintenance is recorded using the Transaction Date and Transaction Time fields.

This code is entered when the course is completed to indicate the employee's level of satisfaction with the course attended.
