Change/Forgotten Password

To change your password, go to Username>>Change Password.

• Current Password - For first time users, enter the assigned password sent to you via email. For existing users who are changing their current password, your existing password must be entered.
• New Password and Confirm Password - Enter the New Password and reenter to Confirm Password.
• Secret Question 1 and Answer - This is the first of two secret questions that must be entered, and will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.
• Secret Question 2 and Answer - This is the second secret question that must be entered and will appear as a security question when you have forgotten your password.

You will be directed to the main window once you have completed this process.
