Mentoring

This window displays records of instances when the employee mentored another or has received mentoring.

Field Information

ClosedDate Entered

This field displays the date the mentoring relationship was setup.

ClosedID Number Mentor/Mentored*

This field displays the ID number of the employee who is in a mentoring relationship with the selected employee.

  • The selection will show only the current version of the employee.
ClosedMentored/Mentoring Indicator*

This field displays the code which describes the mentoring relationship between the two employees.

Code Description
01 Employee is mentoring the employee listed.
02 Employee is being mentored by the employee listed.

This field displays comments regarding the mentoring in this field.
